Brick Schools Holding Kindergarten Registration For 2019-2020

If your child will be turning 5 by Oct. 1, you can register them at an evening registration event.

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township School District will be holding a kindergarten registration night for parents of children who will be 5 years old on or by Oct. 1, 2019.

The Kindergarten Registration Night is set for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, at the Brick Township School District's Professional Development Center. The center is at 101 Hendrickson Ave., adjacent to the district's administration offices at the Veterans Memorial schools' complex.

To register a child for kindergarten at the event, there are no appointments necessary. Download and fill out the district's registration packet and bring all the required documents.

Parent/Guardian’s Documents

  • Driver’s License or valid Photo ID
  • Custody Documents (if applicable)
Student’s Original Birth Certificate

Proof of Residency Documents

  • One of the following Primary Documents:
    • Original Deed;
    • Mortgage or Mortgage Statement;
    • Original Lease/Rental Agreement
    • Real Estate Tax Statement
    • Third Party Residency Form B, B2 or C
  • Three of the following Secondary Documents:
    • Financial Account Statements
    • Utility Bills
    • Credit Card Statements
    • Cell Phone Bills/Statements
    • A Cancelled Check
    • Employment Documents – Paycheck or Benefits Statement
    • Auto or Renter’s Insurance Statement.

Medical Records

  • Completed Health Questionnaire Form
  • Consent to Emergency Student Treatment Form
  • Physical Exam Document
  • Immunization Records
