Brick Schools Release Details For Warren Wolf Viewing
Donations to support scholarships in the name of the beloved football coach through Brick United are requested instead of flowers.

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Schools have released more information on Friday's viewing for Warren H. Wolf, who died Friday.
As announced earlier by current Brick Dragons coach Len Zdanowicz Jr., the viewing will be held from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday in the auditorium at Brick Township High School. All who would like to pay their respects to Wolf, the 51-year coach of the Dragons and community icon are invited to attend, the district said.
Wolf's wife of 69 years, Peggy, and the Wolf family will be in attendance to receive visitors.

Parking will be available in the west parking lot. You may enter through the west lot doors or the main entrance of Brick Township High School.
A private funeral service, interment and repast is scheduled for Saturday.

The Wolf family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make donations to Brick United for the scholarship fund that honors Wolf. Please make checks payable to: Brick United Scholarship Fund. Please mail donations to: Brick United, c/of Jay Sendzik, Esq., 1808 Route 88, Brick, NJ 08724.
Warren H. Wolf Scholarships are awarded each year to Brick Township High School and Brick Memorial High School seniors for their continuing education. Scholarships are awarded based on the strength of their application and a review of the applicant's academic achievement, activities, leadership, and teacher recommendation. According to biographical information released by the school district, Wolf was born in 1927 in Jersey City and raised in West New York. He and attended Memorial High School, where he excelled at academics and athletics. It was at Memorial High School that he met Peggy.
After graduation, Wolf went to Seton Hall University and served in the U.S. Navy. In 1948 he began his coaching career as an assistant at Memorial High School with his high school football coach and mentor, Joe Coviello. He was an assistant coach at Memorial High School until 1957, and came to Brick the following year.
