Brick Sets Household Construction Debris Day

If you've been doing renovations or projects at your home during the pandemic, here's your opportunity to get rid of the leftover debris.

BRICK, NJ — If the coronavirus pandemic has turned into a time to do home improvement projects that resulted in debris, Brick Township has an opportunity for residents to get rid of that debris Oct. 10.

From 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 10, you can take items such as kitchen cabinets, sheetrock, plywood, windows, wood trim, molding, wood floors, tile flooring, decking, ceiling tiles, paneling, doors, 2×4s, roofing shingles and outdoor sheds, and drop them off at the Brick Township recycling center on Ridge Road.

The drop-off is not open to contractors or commercial vehicles. It is for Brick Township residents only and you must show your tax bill and your driver's license.
