K-9 Officer Scott Smith saw the vehicle's driver, Taylor, commit several motor vehicle violations. Smith pulled the vehicle over, and a sniff by his K-9 partner Echo gave a positive indication for the presence of narcotics, Reinhard said. On Wednesday, police arrested Omar Aragon Mendoza, 42, of Lakewood in the parking lot at the Pleasure Zone adult bookstore, 235 Chambers Bridge Road. The man, later identified as Mendoza, began to urinate, and after doing so continued to expose his genitals. Police confronted him, and Mendoza tried to get rid of drugs he had, Reinhard said.
