David Feeley, a 1999 graduate, ran track and played baseball and football at Brick High School. "Having the opportunity to play under Coach Warren Wolf was one of the most impactful experiences of his entire life," his biography for the event says. Feeley received his bachelor's degree in health and physical education from Plymouth State University, where he played football and was elected captain during his senior year. During his college spring break of 2001, David visited fellow Brick graduate and former quarterback-turned-fitness guru Todd Durkin in San Diego, California, and his path to falling in love with strength and conditioning began. He discovered his passion for strength and conditioning and, encouraged by Coach Bill Brunner, followed his passion. Feeley went on to be a graduate assistant at UNLV, working with the football, softball, baseball, and track and field teams; the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Florida International University. He was the director of football strength and conditioning for Ball State (where he was featured on ESPN's College Gameday to open the 2015 football season); and head strength and conditioning football coach for the University of South Carolina, before taking his current job at Temple University. "Each of these positions involved working with and guiding championship teams," his biography says.
