Hello all! First, let me just introduce myself:
I am Alexis Andrews, 20 years old, and I live right here in Brick! I graduated from Brick Township High School (GO DRAGONS!) in 2012 and am now finishing up my Associate of Arts at Ocean County College this coming May. Some of you may know me from my previous job as Clerk at the recently-closed Breton Woods Pharmacy - one of the 'Breton Woods Angels'! Currently, I waitress at a restaurant on the island called Lavallette Trattoria. I'm also considered a Shift Lead there, but that's more for summer when there are more employees around!
The point of this blog is to have community access to those who are at the College Milestone. Whether you are in college, planning for college, or putting your kids through college, I wanna hear all about it!
This Fall, I will hopefully be embarking across seas to The American University of Rome. There, I plan to finish my double-major in the next three years. I will be double-majoring in Business and Italian Studies - I hope to one day create my own inter-exchange education program.
