Bring Your Ghouls, Goblins To Brick's Trunk Or Treat Friday

Candy donations are still being sought; a hayride and costume parade are scheduled as well.

BRICK, NJ — The Brick Township Recreation Department is holding its annual Trunk or Treat and Halloween Spooktacular on Friday, Oct. 20.

The event will be held at the Drum Point Sports Complex, 41 & 43 Drum Point Road, beginning at 6:30 p.m. There will be a hayride and a costume parade in addition to the trick-or-treating. Trophies will be awarded for the best costumes and the best car decorations.

If you are bringing youngsters but not decorating a trunk, the Recreation Department is requesting you bring a bag of candy so no youngsters go home empty-handed; the popular event draws hundreds of children.
