BRICK, NJ — Brick Township police are asking motorists to avoid the area of Burnt Tavern Road and Maple Avenue for the next several hours, following a crash on Thursday afternoon.

Police said the roads are closed while authorities conduct the crash investigation and for a criminal investigation.

They did not give any details about the criminal investigation.
