Busing Error Leaves Brick Dragons' Band Upset
A miscommunication left the Brick Township Marching Dragons without busing to the crosstown Brick Memorial game last Saturday

The Brick Township Board of Education found itself listening to band issues once again, according to a report on the Brick Shorebeat website.
Members of the Brick Township Marching Dragons expressed dismay over a busing error that made the band late for the game against crosstown rival Brick Memorial and unable to perform before the game, according to the article. But school officials apologized to the band members and parents and said measures have been put in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
The issue arose a week after a controversy over a noise complaint against the Brick Memorial High School marching band was settled by the town suspending the noise ordinance for the two schools’ marching bands.
