Central Regional High School Mock Trial Team wins Ocean County Competition!

Central Regional High School Mock Trial Team wins Ocean County Tournament with help from Brick based attorney!

The Central Regional High School Mock Trial Team took first place in the Ocean County Mock Trial Tournament held at the Ocean County Courthouse on Tuesday, February 2, 2015. The Central Regional High School students went 4 - 0 in the tournament which began on January 17, 2015, beating Jackson Liberty High School, Point Pleasant Beach High School, Brick Township High School and ending the run with a win against the MATES Academy in the county finals last night.

“These amazing students readied themselves with hours and hours of practice in preparation for the tournament”, “this would not have happen without the help of Peter J. Bronzino Esq., his knowledge of the law helped guide the students to victory” said Central Regional Mock Trial Team Advisor, Scott Alfano. “All of their hard work and dedication has earned them the respect that they deserve for their outstanding accomplishment”, added Dr. Parlapanides, superintendent of schools.

The team moved on to the first round of the NJ State competition held on February 4th at the NJ Bar Association in New Brunswick against Cherry Hill High.
