Where the owners and or management are accused of clandestine dishonesty in the blatant theft and deception of one disabled, senior citizen resident at the property. This account has been witnessed and corroborated, whereby the mentioned resident was refused a cash deposit, also one night at his motel room for which he had paid in advance. Moreover the management was in fact hostile and threatening to the this person with a contrived, fictitious version of the actual facts in mention thereby denying all responsibility. Concerned for his safety, local law enforcement responded to the distraught senior. Additionally, the Pine Rest Motel is known to be involved in wholesale fraud, theft of funding from government agencies as well as paying guests, generally deceptive and deplorable practices. We believe that the nature of this business is despicable and abhorrent and that its owners are unconscionably contemptuous of the community.
