Crash Causes 7-Mile Backup On Garden State Parkway

BRICK, NJ — A crash has shut down part of the Garden State Parkway in Brick on Wednesday morning, causing a 7-mile traffic backup into Toms River.

The NJ Department of Transportation said the crash is north of Exit 90 in Brick.

WOBM.com reported the crash, which had limited traffic to one lane through the area, has been pushed to the shoulder as of 8:30 a.m. but traffic is still moving slowly.
