Brick Township police are urging drivers to use caution as traffic is jamming nearby roads as a result of the ongoing crash closure.

BRICK, NJ — Traffic is backing up on Drum Point Road and other nearby roads as the Mantoloking Road closure continues Tuesday afternoon.

Brick Township police were urging drivers to use caution as they try to navigate around the closure, which extends from Church Road to Adamston Road.

Photos published by Ocean County Scanner News showed wires down across the road.

The closure is anticipated to remain in place into the evening, police said.

There was no word on possible injuries.
