Discrimination Against Disabled People

The board member (President John Brand ) at Drum Point Village East is biased, defermation of character, and discrimination against people with disabilities! When I moved her I had 1 assigned spot . As by laws stated you can use the garage to park in , but it did NOT SAY YOU HAVE TO ! Ok so I parked in my assigned spot and in the overflow which is common area , I still received fines , I spoke to him make him aware again I am disabled and can not park in the garage and need a parking spot other than the handicap which they took my assigned away from me and assigned me the handicap which you can’t do because handicap is first come first serve . I have all my credentials and a Dr.s letter and he disregards this ... He has fined me so much that he put a Lien into the condo for something I don’t reqlly feel is my fault . Brick Township Board If Engeering wasn’t to much help snappy replies and changing what I was told constantly?! Why ?? Does anyone know what I can do or has been threw this before ?
