Election Guide: Who's On The Ballot, Where To Vote In Brick
Tuesday is Election Day. Polls are open from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m.

It’s Election Day. Polling places open at 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. today.
In addition to the Senate race between Cory Booker and Jeff Bell, there are contested races for the House of Representatives and the county Board of Chosen Freeholders, as well both the Brick Township Council and township Board of Education.
In the Third Congressional District, the candidates are Democrat Aimee Belgard, Republican Tom McArthur and Frederick John LaVergne of the Democratic-Republican Party. They are seeking to replace Jon Runyan, who chose not to seek re-election after one term in the House of Representatives.

The Ocean County Freeholder race candidates are Republican Joe Vicari, Democrat Timothy Ryan, Tracy Caprioni of the Democratic-Republican Party and Brian Pizza of the Libertarian Party.
For Brick Township Council, there are two candidates vying for one one-year unexpired term: Democrat Andrea Zapcic and Republican Domenick Brando, a former councilman who was unseated in 2013. Zapcic was appointed to fill the unexpired term of John Ducey after he was elected mayor in the 2013 general election.

For the school board, four candidates are vying for two three-year terms on the nonpartisan board. Sharon Cantillo and Lawrence K. Reid are running for re-election to the board, where Cantillo serves as president. Their opponents are John Barton and David J. Fischer.
There are 57 polling districts in Brick. Your sample ballot should tell you where you vote, but if you are unsure, you can visit the state’s Polling Place Locator by clicking here. Enter your street address and it will pinpoint where you vote, with the name and address. Officials remind voters that none of the district’s schools are used as polling places.
