Emergency Road Construction Causing Delays On Route 88: Police
Police from Brick and Point Pleasant are urging motorists to avoid the area if at all possible.
Emergency road construction by Verizon is causing significant traffic delays on Route 88 between Bridge Avenue in Point Pleasant and Route 70 in Brick, police said Thursday.
Brick and Point Pleasant police are urging motorists to take other routes and avoid the area if at all possible.
Point Pleasant police said the work and the disruption is expected to last until Friday morning.
