All 2011 rostered coaches children
ONLY!
9:00 - 10:30 am

All returning participants from the 2011 season
ONLY!
10:30 am - 12:00 pm

All new registrations 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Please come at appropriate time. 
No early registrations will be accepted.  Football players must be present at
Registration for weights.

Fees:  $125 per child for first
two children, $60 for the 3rd child, 4th child or more will be free in the
Tackle Football and Cheer Team programs from Cadet and up,

 $100 per child for
first two children, $60 for the 3rd child, and 4th
child or more will be free in the Mitey Mite Football and Cheer. 


Flag Football and Cheer programs (ages 5-6 by July 31, 2012) will be $50 per child.

A $25 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED
AFTER MARCH 24 for Registration for all levels. 

 

Fundraising fees required at time of Registration:               $50 in raffle tickets for each Flag participant; $150 in raffle tickets for Mitey Mites through Midgets;                       $300 maximum per family


All participants are also
required to pay $20 (two $10 tickets) for Super 50/50 raffles in addition to
maximum fundraising per family. 


The Raffle and Super 50/50 ticket
stubs may be dropped off at the Snack Shack and deposited in the appropriate box
any time.  Super 50/50 ticket stubs are due in prior to Sept. 26th and the
Regular Raffle ticket stubs are due in prior to Oct. 24th.

Uniform handouts will be in July
and will be posted on the website.  Practices begin the week of July 23.

 

YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING TO
REGISTRATION:We cannot use any information
from prior years. Completed registration form
(available on website or at Registration); Proof of residency (Tax or Utility bill); Recent (head shot) photo of your
child - wallet sized; Original Birth Certificate and
one copy

Cash/Visa/MC/Checks/Money Orders
made payable to BMFCA
