HARROGATE CELEBRATES AMERICAN HEART MONTH WITH HEART HEALTH SEMINAR

According to the American Heart Association (AHA), Emergency Medical Service (EMS) responders treat nearly 300,000 people who suffer from cardiac arrest each year. On February 29, 2012, in honor of American Heart Month, Harrogate, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Ocean County, NJ, will host a Heart Health seminar with Dr. Kathleen Zazzali of Deborah® Heart and Lung Center.

During the event, Dr. Zazzali, a Rutgers University and Philadelphia College graduate, will provide attendees information on the benefits of a proper diet, preventative   measures for heart disease and tips on controlling high blood pressure. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle prize drawing. Refreshments will also be provided.
