Low Impact Introduction to Belly Dance Fitness - 6 weeks

This 6 week session will be a fun introduction to basic belly dance fitness.  It will be a low impact workout.  

Each class will include a warm-up, isolations, movement breakdown and short choreography.  All kinds of music will be used.
