Father, Son Charged With Drug Distribution In Brick
A search warrant led to the discovery of cocaine and heroin at the men's home, Brick police said.

BRICK, NJ — A father and son are accused of distributing cocaine and heroin from their Brick Township home following an investigation, police said Tuesday.
Frank J. Russo, 68, and Matthew J. Russo, 39, were arrested Sept. 7 after they were stopped by the Brick Police Department's Street Crimes Unit, Patrol Officer Victoria Finelli said.
The Russos were pulled over in their vehicle and police requested a K-9 unit, and the dog had a positive indication for the presence of drugs, Finelli said. The vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant, she said.

The Brick Police Special Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at the Russos' home on Homestead Drive and recovered heroin, cocaine and various amounts of packaging material used for distribution, Finelli said.
Frank Russo was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute heroin, drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon.

Matthew Russo was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Both men are being held at the Ocean County Jail, according to jail records.
