Football: Brick Holds On To Beat Jackson Memorial in Overtime
Dragons remain unbeaten after tough test from Jaguars

It wasn’t easy this time, but Brick found a way to keep its unbeaten streak going in 30-24 victory over Jackson Memorial in a Shore Conference Class A South football game on Saturday night, according to Shore Sports Network.
Carmen Sclafani ran for two touchdowns, including a 1-yard score in overtime, and passed for two, including a 7-yard touchdown to Ja’Quez Johnson to tie the game, as Brick improved to 4-0.
Brick’s defense came up huge, stopping Jackson quarterback Joe DeMaio on a fourth-and-3 play from Brick’s 17-yard line in overtime to secure the victory.

Sclafani also connected with Simon Bingelis on a 48-yard touchdown during the game for the Dragons.
Brick hosts Wall next Friday at 7 p.m. in a nondivisional matchup.
