FOOTBALL: Brick Memorial Falls To Jackson Memorial
Jackson Memorial swarms Mustangs in NJSIAA Central Jersey Group IV championship game.

Brick Memorial quarterback Tim Santiago ran for one touchdown and passed for another, but the Mustangs had no answers for the Jackson Memorial offense and fell to the Jaguars, 42-14, in the NJSIAA Central Jersery Group IV championship game Saturday.
Jackson Memorial’s Mike Gawlik rushed for three touchdowns and passed for another for the Jaguars (8-4) as Brick Memorial struggled early and never really regained its footing in the game at Rutgers University.
It was a frustrating ending for Brick Memorial, which had rebounded from a season-opening loss to crosstown rival Brick to earn the No. 2 seed in the section with a run that included a regular-season victory over the Jaguars. But Gawlik was simply unstoppable in the end.
