Four File for 2 Seats in Brick Board of Education Race

‘Incumbents Sharon Cantillo and Larry Reid will face John Barton and David Fischer for two, three-year terms on the Brick Township Board of Education.

The four candidates met the filing deadline to be on the November ballot for the school board election, according to the Ocean County Clerk’s office.

Cantillo is the current board president and has served on the board since 2004. Reid was elected to his first term in April 2011.

Barton and Fischer have run unsuccessfully in the last two Brick school board elections.
