Free Rabies Clinic Announced In Brick

BRICK, NJ — If your pet needs an updated rabies vaccination before renewing its license for 2024, free rabies shots will be available at Brick Township's annual clinic.

The free rabies vaccination clinic is set for Saturday, Jan. 20 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Drum Point Sports Complex, off Brick Boulevard and Drum Point Road. There are a limited number of vaccines available; registration is required for the clinic.

Please have your pet on a leash and accompanied by an adult.

If you need to license your cats or dogs in Brick, township staff will be accepting checks made payable to "Township of Brick" at the clinic for licensing. Licenses and tags will be mailed in the week after the clinic.

If you want a 3-year rabies vaccination certificate at the clinic, you must show proof of previous rabies vaccination prior to the clinic. Please attach proof of previous vaccination to your online registration.

PLEASE NOTE: Pets must be at least 16 weeks old to receive a rabies vaccine at this clinic.

Registration was open online on Thursday.
