"In the late morning of August 1st, the home where mother Melanie, sister Hailey and Angel lived caught fire. While Melanie and Hailey were running errands, Angel was at home when the home caught fire," Mulligan wrote. "Angel was tragically trapped inside the home along with her Aunt Alaina, Aunt Jen and baby River and were unable to make it out."
All donations will go towards the family for funeral expenses and to help the family rebuild, Mulligan wrote.
