Halloween Trick-Or-Treat Hours, Curfew In Brick
Kids under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or coming to or from a job, organized sports or a religious function.
BRICK, NJ — With Halloween on Monday, Brick Township police of the Halloween curfew in the township.
Parents are reminded to check their children's candy for foreign substances and choking hazards.

- Accompany young children in the neighborhood and identify your surroundings.
- Teach your children to look both ways before crossing the street.
- Only approach homes that have a porch light on.
- Never enter a stranger's home or a vehicle for any treats.
- Stay on sidewalks.
From Sunday through Tuesday, the township's curfew is in effect from 8 p.m.- 6 a.m. During those hours, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless they are going to or from a job, an organized sports event or a religious function.
