UPDATE: Missing Brick Girl Has Been Found
Police were able to locate teenager missing since Monday night.

Emma Menzo, a Brick Township girl who was missing since Monday night has been found and is safe, her mother said.
“Thanks to all of the sharing of her picture & all of the wonderful kind people that were out looking for her & all the calls that came in with tips/sightings, the police were able to locate Emma,” said Melanie Menzo in a Facebook post. “I don’t know yet what happened or where she was, I am still waiting to find out myself, but I do know that they found her & she is safe now. Thank you for all of the prayers & the support.“

The mother of a Brick Township girl who has been missing since Monday evening is asking for the public’s help in locating her daughter.
Melanie Menzo posted on Facebook that her daughter, Emma, 16, has been missing since 7 p.m. Monday. The family lives off Mantoloking Road, she said.

“We have not heard from her since. If you have any information on her whereabouts, PLEASE contact me at 732-330-2596,” Melanie Menzo wrote.
Emma is 5-foot-6 and weighs about 120 pounds, Melanie Menzo told the Patch. “She has braces and the only jewelry she wears is earrings, they look like an arrow coming out of the front of her ear,” she said.
The family believes she was wearing a black sweat jacket with gray plaid and a hood, she said.
Brick Township police are aware and are investigating the girl’s disappearance.
