Police are hoping someone can identify this man in connection with the incident that happened Monday evening.

BRICK, NJ — Brick Township police are seeking the public's help identifying a man in connection with a bias incident that happened at the Target on Route 70 Monday evening.
Police were called to Target about 7:30 p.m. Monday following the incident, which started with a comment from the suspect to a man outside the store, telling the man to "go back to Lakewood." The man told police he ignored the comment and went into the store. The suspect followed him, repeating the statement, and then proceeded to follow the man throughout the store. The man said he finally turned to confront the suspect and said he was going to call police, and the suspect replied, "you'll have to call an ambulance, too."
The man is described as being in his late 40s to early 50s, about 5-foot-10 and weighing about 180 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, a grey hoodie and a black shirt, and had black sunglasses on his head. He was last seen walking east from Target, carrying two plastic bags.
