Introducing Urgent SNF(TM) at Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
Willow Springs Urgent SNF™ - The right provision of care in the right place - at the right time!

With a keen focus on improving quality of life and returning patients to their highest functional levels of independence, Willow Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is proud to introduce their progressive Urgent SNF™, a program that supports a global health care expectation for the right provision of care in the right place at the right time.
A proud member of the Marquis Health Services family, Willow Springs is a Subacute Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility in the heart of Ocean County, New Jersey and an integral part of the Brick community.
A solution driven Direct Admission service, Willow Springs Urgent SNF™ program provides an alternative option to individuals not meeting acute admission criteria, yet requiring or benefiting from skilled nursing supervision and stabilization. To minimize patient relapse upon return home, the program provides post discharge follow-up and support by Willow Springs’ clinical team

Designed for patients with diagnoses that include uncontrolled diabetes, exacerbation of COPD, ambulation dysfunction, exacerbation of CHF, dialysis, change in mental status or simply a health setback, Willow Springs Urgent SNF™ is also the perfect place to transition following a cardiac procedure – as in the case of Tom Gallicchio.
“I am so glad that Willow Springs Urgent SNF™ program was an option for me following a cardiac procedure that left me debilitated and in need of stabilization and rehabilitation”, states Mr. Gallicchio. “The cardiac rehabilitation program and oversight of my condition were added benefits. The Willow Springs staff worked directly with my local cardiologist to ensure a great transition of care”
