Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, Kimberly Kubicke will hold a free workshop on how to improve your diet and digestion through the time tested principles of the 5,000 year old science of Ayurveda. Stemming from years of study and practice, Kimberly will explain how to effectively work with common digestive issues such as gas, bloating, feeling tired after eating, gut dysbiosis, irritable bowel, constipation and more. You will gain a deeper understanding of your relationship to food and how to listen to your body's cravings in a healthy way. Kimberly will share essential tools to equip you for self healing.
