Labrador Lounge to Host Charitable Spring Dinner & Wine Pairing

As warmer temperatures slowly take hold of the Jersey Shore, Labrador Lounge, a vacation-inspired restaurant seated in the heart of Normandy Beach, today announced it will partner with Lavallette Liquors and R&R Wines to celebrate a Spring Dinner and Wine Pairing. Kicking off at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, the event will offer guests a coursed dinner featuring seasonal cuisine paired with complementary wines. A portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to Save Barnegat Bay, a community-based nonprofit organization that works to restore and protect Barnegat Bay.

“The Spring Dinner and Wine Pairing not only will offer guests the opportunity to savor fresh seasonal cuisine and elegant wines, but it also will help raise awareness about the health of our Bay and the work Save Barnegat Bay has accomplished. As community members who enjoy Barnegat Bay for recreation and rely on it for our local economy, it is important that we stay up-to-date on the issues that affect it,” commented Marilyn Schlossbach, owner and executive chef of the Labrador Lounge and the Marilyn Schlossbach Group.

The Spring Dinner and Wine Pairing will kick off at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 26 at Labrador Lounge (3581 Route 35 North, Normandy Beach). Tickets for the event are $65 per person and include a coursed dinner and wine. A portion of proceeds from the event will be donated to Save Barnegat Bay.
