Laurelton Fire Company Invites You To Fire Prevention Celebration

An open house, demonstrations and information are meant to remind everyone to take fire safety seriously.

BRICK, NJ — In a fire, there is one group of people everyone counts on: the firefighters.

In honor of and to kick off National Fire Prevention week, the Laurelton Fire Company 1 is hosting its annual "Meet Your Firemen Day," on Sunday at the firehouse.

The fire prevention open house will honor past chief Bill Stoughton, who died in late March after a long illness at the age of 80.
