Letter To The Editor: 10th District Legislators Endorse Brick Republican Council Slate

The all-Democrat Council lacks balance, has raised taxes and fees repeatedly, legislators say.

To the Editor:

We are so pleased to endorse our Brick Township Republican Team of Frank Pannucci, Marty Ebert, Mike Conti and Charlie Bacon for Brick Township Council.

This Republican team will work to lower Brick Township’s taxes and make our town more affordable to live and raise a family. Cutting waste and eliminating unnecessary spending is their first order of business.

The current Council has a complete monopoly, all Democrats, not one Republican. As a result it is not surprising that this Council has raised taxes, fees or both every year they have been in office.

Left unchecked, these out of control Democrats will continue to squander our tax dollars. Equally important is that our Republican team knows we have a real problem in Brick Township with heroin abuse. It’s hard to believe Brick is now ranked with the top 10 worst cities in the State for heroin use. Drugs and related crime are completely out of control and we need new Council Members to eliminate the drug epidemic that is destroying our town.

We are glad to support these four quality individuals and enthusiastically endorse Frank Pannucci, Marty Ebert, Mike Conti and Charlie Bacon for Brick Township Council. They will make Brick Township better.
