Library Celebration Will Mark 50 Years Of Service To Brick
The festivities on Monday will include a concert, games, crafts and movies.

For 50 years, the Ocean County Library system has served Brick Township readers, students and researchers with its very own branch.
Tomorrow -- Monday, Aug. 24 -- it will be marking that history with a golden anniversary celebration at the branch on Chambersbridge Road, with programs and activities, speeches and cake -- and library officials are inviting residents to join the celebration.
The daylong event will include games, crafts, movies and a concert by Rhythm N’ Sound, including both doo-wop and rock & roll, according to library officials.
