The theme park in Jackson is holding auditions and a weeklong hiring event for various part-time and seasonal roles.

JACKSON, NJ — If you're looking for work, Six Flags Great Adventure will be hiring 3,000 people for the 2026 season, apply now.

The company is beginning its hiring push with auditions for entertainment roles set for Saturday at the park, and a weeklong hiring event begins Feb. 14 for other positions.

The auditions for the entertainment roles begin at noon Saturday at the Team Six Office, at 1 Six Flags Blvd., Jackson. Entertainment applicants are encouraged to apply online before attending the auditions to expedite the interview process.

The hiring push is starting now for the season that is scheduled to open March 28.

The Six Flags National Hiring Week runs Feb. 14-22 and will offer both virtual and onsite, in-person hiring opportunities. Interested applicants can visit sixflagsjobs.com to apply and complete interview questions remotely through the company’s Rapid Hiring Program.

"As we get ready to open for the 2026 season, it’s an exciting time to join the team at Six Flags Great Adventure," said Brad McClain, human resources director. "With continued investment across the park — including new attractions, enhanced guest experiences, and ongoing improvements throughout the property — we’re building on the momentum of last season."

Positions offer benefits such as flexible schedules, paid training, free park admission, complimentary tickets for friends and family, in-park discounts, and scholarship opportunities. Applicants must be at least 14 years old, depending on the department.
