Loud high pitched noise all around the 08724 area of brick

Does anyone else hear a loud high pitched sounds in the 08724 area of brick. It is very annoying and has been going on for about a year. I live in the Burrsville Road area and can hear the sound almost 24 hrs. It is loudest at night because their is less ambient noise. Outside of my house is loudest but it can be heard inside my house which is very irritating. I attempted to track it in the early morning house and heard is near the police station, the 7-11 on Burnt Tavern Rd and near the Wawa by the parkway exit on burnt tavern. It is not construction or military. It is not the cogen plant in Lakewood. It almost sounds like a jet engine running at idle. I don't know what type of equipment is able to send sound of a low to medium volume such long distances. If anyone has any idea what this is please let me know so I can take the appropriate legal action to end it.
