Man ID'd, Charged In Credit Card Fraud In Brick

BRICK, NJ — A Lakewood man has been arrested in connection with a credit card fraud case in Brick, police said Wednesday.

Robert Thomas Migliore of Lakewood was identified as the person seen in surveillance photos that Brick Township police posted to social media on Tuesday.

Migliore was arrested and charged with one count of credit card theft and five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, police said, adding a thank you to the public for the assistance.
