Man Robbed, Then Shot Victim 'Multiple Times' With Pellet Gun: Brick Police

BRICK, NJ — Brick Township police are seeking information on a man who they say robbed a person at gunpoint and then shot the victim multiple times with a pellet gun.

Zachary Harris, 19, of Brick, who is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds, is being sought in connection with the armed robbery, which occurred April 6 in the Sutton Village neighborhood off Sally Ike Road, Brick police Capt. Timothy Boyle said.

Harris is known to frequent Lakewood and Toms River as well, Boyle said.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Harris, Boyle said, and he should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Detective Tara Schinder at 732-262-1115 or 732-262-1100.
