We have so many great things happening at The MAX, you won't want to miss any of it!!

Visit our location, and you will find some awesome publications from The Vitamin Shoppe in Brick, along with $5 coupons for you to use on your next visit there! We will he partnering up with them for educational workshops at their location ad ours, so stay tuned! Next Saturday I will be at The Vitamin Shoppe for their "Like a Boss" event from 10am to 6pm. Come by for promotions and giveaways! They are very excited to meet you and help you with your wellness needs! It's a great partnership for sure!

Also on the front desk, you will see a menu from Playa Bowls Brick located at 645 Mantoloking Road. If you present your MAX Membership Keytag, they will give you 10% off your purchase. I am working on putting together a MAX Menu, so that when you visit, you can order directly from our menu, and it will have all the MAX portions already done for you!



Working with Playa Bowls will be a fun venture for us, and they are also looking forward to your visit. We will be having our November Challenge Kickoff Meeting there on Sunday, November 26th at 10am. This is a 5 WEEK SPRINT CHALLENGE for only $199!!! Once your friend completes their 5 weeks, they become a Legacy Member! Great way to get through the Holidays and into the New Year- a new YOU! You can bring a friend- but space is very limited, and you must rsvp. Playa Bowls will be supplying some amazing samples for you to try!! This is a great opportunity to try some new things, get recharged about your fitness goals, and introduce a friend or two to The MAX and Playa Bowls!

Speaking of this week, HELL-oween Week, don't miss a day!! It's going to be challenging, sweaty and always rewarding!!! Wear a costume Tuesday for Halloween- we all have ours ready!

This Veteran's Day, Saturday, November 11th at 9am we will be accepting donations on behalf of the American Legion Auxiliary of Brick for "Stockings for Soldiers". This is sending items to our military men, women and K-9's who cannot be home during the holidays. Any and all donations are welcome! Please join us for the class, as all are invited to join in!
