UPDATE: Brick Woman, 89, Has Been Found

UPDATE, 7:40 p.m.: An 89-year-old Brick Township woman who had been missing since Monday afternoon has been found, police said.

Brick Township police posted an update on the department’s Facebook page shortly after 7 p.m. saying Jean Vesey had been located. No details were given, but the posting included a thank you from the department for sharing her information.

PREVIOUSLY: New Jersey State Police have issued a missing persons alert for an 89-year-old Brick Township woman who has not been seen since Monday afternoon.

Jean Vesey, who is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 121 pounds, was last seen about 3 p.m. in Brick, the State Police Nixle alert, issued shortly before noon, said.

She is considered at risk because she suffers from dementia, the alert said. She was last seen driving a tan 2011 Chevrolet Malibu.
