2 Multi-Car Crashes On Garden State Parkway In Ocean County

OCEAN COUNTY – A multi-car crash and another accident were tying up traffic in Ocean County on Thursday morning, according to authorities.

"Please allow for extra time this morning as there already several motor vehicle accidents on the Garden State Parkway!" The Ocean County Sheriff's Office said.

One accident was reported at 6:36 a.m. at milepost 91.6 on Garden State Parkway southbound in Brick, authorities said.

The crash involved two cars with injuries and the roadway was clared 7:15 a.m. The right and center lanes were blocked.

The other accident happened at milepost 80 on the Parkway northbound side. The crash involved possible injuries.
