'No Credible Threat' Found In Brick HS Incident Rumor: Official
Allegations of a possible incident were investigated by police and are unfounded, authorities said.

BRICK, NJ — An allegation of a potential incident at Brick Township High School is unfounded, Brick Township police and school officials said Friday.
Authorities did not provide details about what the allegation entailed, but said Brick Township police investigated and said there was no evidence to support the allegation.
"There is no credible threat," the school district said in a statement.

"As always, we thank the Brick Police Department and Chief Riccio for their efforts regarding this matter," the district statement said. "Brick Schools is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all our students, staff, parents, and community."

The district reminded students, parents and the community of the township's WeTip link on the district website, which allows reporting of concerns or threats.
"Please remember if you 'see something or hear something, say something,' " the district said.
