The girls, known to the assailant, were ages 11 and 12, authorities said.

An Ocean County man is under arrest, accused of sexually assaulting two girls, ages 11 and 12, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.

Minor Villator, 30, of Lakewood, is being held at the Ocean County Jail, Toms River, in lieu of $250,000 bail, no 10 percent option, as set by Superior Court Judge James Blaney, in the case, said Al Della Fave, spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.

Villator was arrested Tuesday by Lakewood Police Detective Michael Cavallo and Detective Melissa Matthews of the prosecutor’s office’s Special Victims Unit after an investigation, he said.

Based on the detectives’ investigation, Senior Assistant Prosecutor Terry Linardakis advised that Villator, who is known to the victims, be charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Della Fave said.

Nicole’s law and a no-victim-contact order were implemented as a condition of bail, he said.
