Old Prescriptions? Drop Them Off Sunday In Brick

Do you have expired or unneeded prescription medications in your medicine cabinet?

Residents of the barrier island are invited to drop them off Sunday at the Brick Township Police Department Substation at 321 Route 35, across from Brick Beach 1.

Unwanted or expired prescription medication can be dropped off between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to officers on site.

Medications also can be dropped off 24 hours a day at the township police department in the Brick Township municipal building on Chambersbridge Road.

The drop boxes keep unneeded medications off the streets, officials have said.
