Surveillance footage obtained from a nearby gas station with the help of the High Tech Crimes unit of the prosecutor's office shows the vehicle is a blue Ford Explorer, 2002 to 2006 model year, Della Fave said.

The driver appeared to be a black male, Della Fave said. No debris was left at the scene, he said.
