Peeping Tom Report Leads To Charges For Brick Man: Police

BRICK, NJ — A Brick Township man has been charged with criminal trespass after a woman reported seeing a shadow outside her bedroom window early Sunday morning, police said.

Ryan Hubbard, 45, of Hardean Road was arrested after police found him crouching behind a tree in a wooded area behind the home of the 21-year-old woman who called police, Brick Sgt. Jim Kelly said Tuesday.

The woman called just before 1 a.m. and police searched the area around the house before Officers Scott Mesmer and Joseph Riccio found Hubbard, Kelly said.

Hubbard was released on a summons pending a court date, Kelly said.
