Two months into the township's inaugural farmers market, not even the threat of rain kept shoppers away.
Two months into the inaugural Brick Farmers Market, the reviews are mostly positive.
“Don’t ever get rid of this!” said one woman, as she walked out with her hands full of purchases.
The market opened with a handful of vendors on Saturday, April 21 to about 30 this weekend. It is held every Saturday morning, rain or shine, at Windward Beach Park on Princeton Av enue. The market runs from 9 a.m. to noon.

Though the weather was threatening all day, the threat of rain didn’t deter shoppers, who filtered in and partook of corn on the cob, fresh greens, tomatoes and a variety of baked goods.
