Prosecutor: Brick Man Found Dead In Creek
Investigators remain on the scene, but the initial investigation doesn't seem to indicate foul play, officials said.

Investigators are the death of a Brick Township man whose body was found in Brick Creek this morning behind Burnt Tavern Manor.
Mark Rogich, 54, of Brandywine Court, was found lying face down in the creek when police were called at 7:33 a.m., said Al Della Fave, spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
The scene was immediately isolated to facilitate the investigation, Della Fave said. At this time there is nothing to indicate that the finding presents any danger to area residents, he said. The death preliminarily does not appear suspicious and there were no outward signs of foul play.
