Road Rage Incident Prompts Harassment Charges For Brick Man: Authorities

The man, who was seen in a video screaming at a woman after a traffic incident Wednesday, was served with a summons Friday.

HOWELL, NJ — Harassment charges have been filed against a Brick Township man in the wake of a video showing him screaming at a Brick Township woman following a traffic incident that happened Wednesday.

Sean O'Connor, 55, of Brick was served with a criminal summons charging him with harassment, Rosemary O'Donnell, the court administrator for Howell Township Municipal Court, confirmed Friday afternoon. She said he is scheduled for a first appearance on the charge next week.

Because harassment is a disorderly persons offense, he was not arrested.

O'Connor is accused of harassing Tori Barden, the Brick woman whose video of O'Connor screaming at her has made the rounds on social media.

Information on whether he had retained an attorney was not available Friday afternoon.
