All are welcome for these Reiki Events! Experience and share the healing art of white light energy healing. Reiki has been shown to help with anxiety, depression, grieving and pain. Reiki is easier to experience than to explain. Why not give it a try? What is Reiki?

Sunday’s free Meditation with Sound and Reiki Group with Kristen and Ricky is an immersive sound experience using Solfeggio Crystal singing bowls including the 528 “miracle” frequency. Reiki is offered to each participant to enhance the healing vibrations. We meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday each month. This Sunday, we will practice Radical Self-Acceptance.

Monday’s Body Soul Being Reiki Share with Reiki Masters Terri V. and Ricky B. is a chance for Reiki practitioners of ALL levels to join together to practice and share healing. We meet every 2nd Monday of each month. Reiki Level 1 and beyond, even if you haven’t practiced in years. Non-practitioners who would like to receive healing are also very welcome to join us!! The healing crystal singing bowls will be played in the background for this event.

Both events are at Body Soul Being Wellness Center in Bayville.
